14-Day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please contact us for any other inquiries.

Note: Returns are not accepted for underwear due to hygienic reasons.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and correct it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Note: Exchanges are not accepted for underwear due to hygienic reasons.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
